**Loyalty Program Policy**

Welcome to our Loyalty Program! We value your commitment and want to reward you for being a loyal customer. Here are the key rules of our program:  **Eligibility**: All customers who create an account with us are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program. This program is open to individuals aged 18 or older **Earning Points**: You earn points for every purchase made, which can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. **Point Expiration**: Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, so be sure to shop regularly to keep your points active. Earn 1 point per $1 spent on qualifying purchases excluding taxes, shipping and discounts.  **Program Changes**: Blossomella reserves the right to modify or terminate you from the Loyalty Program at any time, without notice, for violations of this policy or misuse, including but not limited to fraud or abuse.  Points cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered. Points are earned only for completed purchases, if an order is returned or canceled the points will be deducted from the member's account. It's each member responsibility to ensure their account information is accurate and up to date. Blossomella is not responsible for points lost due to account mismanagement.
